INDIA SPINAL INJURIES CENTRE DECLARES INTEREST IN WORKING WITH ZAMBIA

STATEMENT ON INDIA SPINAL INJURIES CENTRE FOR RELEASE TO THE MEDIA ON JUNE 8, 2017

 

India Spinal Injuries Centre says it wants to work with Zambia in skills and technology transfer in the area of health especially in spinal injuries and occupational therapy.

 

Centre Head of Marketing JASLEEN KAUR says the institution is making arrangements to send a mission to Zambia for exchange programmes aimed at passing on skills and technology.

 

MS KAUR said this when she met Zambia’s High Commissioner to India JUDITH KAPIJIMPANGA at the Zambian Mission in New Delhi.

 

And Mrs. KAPIJIMPANGA says Zambia is looking forward to a permanent specialized hospital from India to respond to the health challenges.

 

Mrs. KAPIJIMPANGA who is also accredited to Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Maldives and Singapore says investing in the land linked country will attract patients from 8 neighboring countries and beyond who equally send patients to India.

 

This is according to a statement released by First Secretary Press and Tourism at the Zambian Mission in New Delhi, India, Bangwe Naviley.
